Currency confusion needs attention!!! Late pickup service made for an unpleasant welcome. Room view was disappointing and lacked excitement. Executive lounge food was underwhelming. hot dishes served cold with broken equipment.

Great Service for Solo Travelers
So I was staying 4 nights in this hotel and the service was excellent. Met a staff member named Carlos at the concierge who helped me pick out some art pieces to check out nearby, it was like he knew exactly what I needed.

Nice city view from the room.
I had a frustrating experience with currency conversion. They quoted an expensive total for my three-night stay, and I was shocked when they kept a one-night fee of around $300 before taxes, which felt unfair. The confusion at reception made me feel like I couldn't trust their pricing.

Such a chic stay! The room was comfy and had a stunning city view. Plus, the location is fab—shopping right across the street!
But my bathtub's an escape artist. it took me longer to open the door than to take a bath! And the sink drain, slow as molasses!

The executive lounge floor offers spacious rooms that are comfortable, featuring quiet heating and cooling systems along with blackout blinds—perfect for a restful night. The lounge serves an impressive breakfast with fresh berries, and while the dinner offerings are good, breakfast truly shines with variety and freshness.
Confusion with currency conversion and high prices can be unexpected. I lost around $300 as a hotel fee when my stay turned out to be too steep. The pool's lack of chair cushions and ongoing bathroom issues constituted a major inconvenience, particularly with kids needing to change after swimming when both pool bathrooms were out of service for the entire stay.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups
Overall, enjoyed my stay. The executive lounge offered delightful breakfasts with fresh berries! Excellent service from staff like Juan always made me feel welcomed. Tip, try Quattro for delicious Italian meals next door. Minor bathroom issues at the pool were disappointing but didn’t overshadow my experience!

The dining scene at JW Marriott is a must! Enjoyed some killer bites at nearby CuA Culinary Artisans—definitely a flavor fiesta. The breakfast spread was on point, fueling my culinary adventures through the city. Plus, the staff is incredibly attentive, making every meal a treat!
The price tag on bottled water felt like a rip-off in a 5-star spot. It's wild we can't tap into local water, right?
